Creative Cycle Concepts® is not responsible if your package does not arrive due to loss, theft or any other shipping circumstances out of our control. If you would like to add insurance for your shipment, please request an insurance quote when placing your order and we will be happy to advise you of the cost for insurance.
For Buyers outside the United States:
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Creative Cycle Concepts® is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
Creative Cycle Concepts® ships by USPS, UPS or Federal Express at our discretion. We ship most international packages by USPS First Class or Postal Priority Mail. USPS offers better shipping rates for most international shipments than UPS or Fed Ex, which is why our international shipping rates can be so low.
If you prefer your shipment to be delivered by a specific carrier, please indicate your preference for USPS, Fed Ex or UPS when you request a shipping quote, and we will calculate exact shipping rates to your specific address. If your order calculates a shipping charge that is not sufficient to cover the fees charged to us by the carrier, we will contact you with a new shipping quote prior to shipment.
