Return Policy

Returns may not be made without prior authorization. Request to return must be made within 30 days of the invoice date, and returned product must be received by Creative Cycle Concepts® within 15 days of authorization of return.

Authorized returns of product in new, saleable condition, never installed, in original packaging will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Authorized returns of product in used condition, installed, or removed from original packaging will be charged a minimum of 50% restocking fee. A higher restocking fee may be assessed depending on the condition of the product when returned, or return may be declined altogether.

Any Special Order, Electrical or Used Parts are not returnable.

Shipping and handling fees are not refunded. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
